Project Manager (Manager Level)

As a project manager your main responsibility will be to lead your project team to successful completion of your project in AXA as well as to supervise assistant managers in leading projects. Examples of projects that you will lead are new product development & implementation, process improvement projects, roll-out of new distribution channel, IT projects.


We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and highly result-oriented project manager who has excellent analytical , problem-solving and people management skills as well as an ability to communicate with and persuade higher-level management. In this position you will report directly to the Head of Project office as well as work closely together with BoD members to drive their projects and make improvements in our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead your project team to successfully complete high impact projects in AXA Indonesia.
Liaise with BoD members on project execution.
Supervise assistant managers in leading their small to medium sized projects.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Management, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. Master degree and/or overseas graduation is preferred.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, in a project manager position (medium to large sized projects).
Experience in the insurance industry or financial world is preferred

Key Skills:
Ambition, adaptability, fast learner and highly result-oriented
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convince different types of people (higher, lower hierarchy)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
