SEKALI MERDEKA TETAP MERDEKA

Memperingati HUT RI ke 64 , para pemagang di PT. Asuransi Central Asia yang tergabung dalam Forum Komunikasi Magang (FKM) kembali melakukan kegiatan sosial sebagai wujud kepedulian terhadap masyarakat.

Kali ini Panti Asuhan Putra Setia yang terletak di daerah Kramat Sentiong, menjadi pilihan tempat untuk kegiatan sosial ini.

Usia panti ini sudah lebih tua dari usia Republik kita , bernaung di bawah Yayasan Rukun Istri Sejahtera yang sudah ada sejak tahun 1931. Jumlah anak asuh dalam binaan panti ini adalah sekitar 40 orang kebanyakan dengan status yatim piatu.

Sehari sebelumnya panitia dari FKM sudah sibuk dengan segala keperluan untuk penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini mulai dari penggumpulan pakaian bekas, membungkus kado, dan penyusunan acara.

Akhirnya Hari H nya pun tiba, pada tanggal 17 Agustus 2009 pagi seluruh tim panitia FKM berangkat menuju panti asuhan. Tidak peduli begitu banyak rintangan di jalan yang terblokir dimana-mana, mobil yang mengangkut perbekalan akhirnya bisa tiba sebelum waktu yang ditetapkan.

Kali ini persiapan lapangan perlu dilakukan segera karena sebentar lagi anak-anak panti asuhan akan berkumpul. Tepat pada pukul 14.00 sore acaranya mulai berlangsung.

Sebagai pengantar, pihak FKM diwakili oleh Sdri. Monik menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih kepada pengurus panti yang menyediakan sarana dan prasarana untuk kegiatan sosial FKM.

Sementara itu, Ibu Hj. Ruswiyah mewakili panti asuhan mengucapkan syukur dan terima kasih kepada anak-anak muda yang masih memiliki kepedulian.

Sdr. Willib selaku ketua IMAI dan anggota magang angkatan I di PT. ACA turut memberi motivasi dengan sharing pengalaman selama mengikuti pemagangan di PT.ACA. Adik-adik di panti asuhan diminta untuk tidak minder dan rendah diri sebaliknya harus bersyukur dan rajin belajar untuk menyongsong hari depan yang lebih baik.

Anak-anak panti asuhan dengan antusias dan penuh kegembiraan mengikuti semua permainan yang dipandu oleh panitia FKM. Suasana panti asuhan dipenuhi dengan canda & tawa – sungguh merupakan momen yang bahagia buat semua yang hadir di situ.

Sebagai informasi, HUT Kemerdekaan yang lalu FKM juga menyelenggarakan kegiatan sosial dengan anak-anak penghuni kolong jembatan.

Pada kesempatan ini pengurus FKM ingin menyampaikan terima kasih kepada semua pihak yang turut mensukseskan acara ini baik dukungan materi maupun moril. Semoga segala kebaikan ini selalu mendatangkan berkat yang melimpah buat mereka.

Project Manager (Manager Level)

In this position you will report directly to the Head of Project office as well as work closely together with BoD members to drive their projects and make improvements in our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead your project team to successfully complete high impact projects in AXA Indonesia.
Liaise with BoD members on project execution.
Supervise assistant managers in leading their small to medium sized projects.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Management, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. Master degree and/or overseas graduation is preferred.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, in a project manager position (medium to large sized projects).
Experience in the insurance industry or financial world is preferred

Ambition, adaptability, fast learner and highly result-oriented
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convince different types of people (higher, lower hierarchy)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
